That's not a slogan, it's a scheduling policy — we don't start your project until the one before it is grouted, sealed and walked through. You get a start date we mean, a sequence you can plan around, and the crew's number in your phone, not a call center's.
The quote you get is written, itemized, and includes the permit and inspection plan — City of Boise plumbing and electrical permits get pulled on every job that requires them. If demo turns up something ugly, you hear about it that day with a photo and a price, not at the end in an invoice.
What we don't do
No kitchens, no additions, no "while you're here" decks. No acrylic liners glued over walls we can't inspect. No sight-unseen quotes. And no starting a second bathroom while yours sits half-tiled — that habit is why remodeling has the reputation it has, and we want no part of it.
Why we show work instead of slogans
Anyone can buy a badge or a strip of anonymous five-star quotes. Tile that's flat, grout lines that run true and a pan that still doesn't leak in year ten are harder to fake — so that's what this site leads with.
